How to Make a Claim

We’ve simplified the process — there’s no need to register your product for warranty coverage. Your products are automatically covered for 2 years from date of purchase.  Our 2-year warranty covers manufacturer defects only.

What’s Covered:

• Defects in materials or workmanship under normal, intended use
• Issues that occur even when following the instructions in the Use & Care Guide.

What’s Not Covered:

• Damage resulting from misuse, neglect, or accidents
• Issues caused by not following the Use & Care Guide (e.g., using the product in the oven with the lid on, improper cleaning, or exposure to temperatures higher than recommended)
• Normal wear and tear

To Submit a Claim:

If you believe your product qualifies, please email us at support@sustainablecontainables.com with:

1. Your original Amazon order number

2. A brief description of the issue

• Please include details about the circumstances when the issue occurred (e.g., what you were doing at the time) and the typical ways the product is used (e.g., microwaving, baking, freezing, etc.)

3. Clear photos of the product and the defect (or missing part)
